THE ROLE:
This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting in a fast-moving, highly competitive data infrastructure environment. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to fill critical roles while continuously improving how we source, assess, and close candidates. We hold a high bar for hiring quality, candidate experience, and thoughtful decision-making throughout the interview process. This position will focus on technical hiring as well as other functions based on business needs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Attract talent by designing and executing creative, high-impact sourcing strategies that increase talent density

Own the end-to-end selection process, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess critical skills, and ensure fair, consistent candidate evaluation

Lead hiring and closing efforts by driving offer strategy and negotiation in partnership with hiring managers, balancing candidate experience, pay equity, and business needs

Drive operational excellence by continuously improving recruiting processes, introducing best practices, and influencing the business to maintain a high bar for talent acquisition as Airbyte scales
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple roles, with a strong record of delivering results

3+ years recruiting highly specialized technical talent across data infrastructure and platform engineering, including software engineers, data engineers, and ML/AI engineers

Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Humanly, Github, and other creative channels, with a proven ability to generate high-quality leads and referrals

Experience managing and optimizing recruiting pipelines using Ashby
-
Curiosity and drive to evolve recruiting practices and rethink traditional hiring pipelines
LOCATION:
- Onsite 5 days/week in San Francisco, CA
