Job Description:

Las Actividades principales son:

• Diariamente/en los turnos de línea, dar soporte a la gestión de los problemas técnicos y la mejora continua: Piezas perdidas, no conformidades, concesiones si aplican/DQN, Trabajos pendientes, mantenimiento, equipos y herramientas.
• Realizar la gestión de órdenes de trabajo fuera del ciclo de trabajo.
• Escalar problemas recurrentes y pedir soporte a Work Prep, PPE, Mantenimiento, MAP y los roles con funciones de soporte para los trabajos pendientes, si no es gestionable a nivel1.
• Involucrar en las rutinas de mejora continua de los equipos de producción, a Work Prep, PPE, Mantenimiento, MAP y los roles con funciones de soporte para los trabajos pendientes.
• Dar soporte a la gestión de capacidades: Anticipar las fluctuaciones de capacidades para cubrir los cambios en el PLC (product life cycle situation) y aumentar las competencias.
