VIE within Data Analyst & Transformation Support (d/f/m)

Definition VIE
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Candidates meeting these criteria and interested in a VIE, please register before your 28th birthday on the website www.civiweb.com. Your tasks and responsibilities
-
Launch and drive Reporting Dashboards based on Project Key metrics, like Milestone adherence, Operative or Capital Expenditures for the Project Portfolio and others.

Run and lead data-driven analysis to support decision-making.

Support the team during budget Planning Cycles (Operative Planning, Forecast).
Desired skills and qualifications
Education:
-
Educated to degree level (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computational Science, or Engineering/Business
-
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with database systems.
-
Visualization: Ability to visualize and communicate complex data and analyses effectively.
Soft Skills:
-
Accustomed to working in multifunctional and multicultural setups.
-
Strong Stakeholder Management skills (ability to establish sustainable networks and develop positive, long-term relationships).
-
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
-
Languages: English is mandatory. German or any other language is considered an advantage but not required.
For this position, we also value:
-
Relevant professional experience (including internships) in Project and Portfolio Management, Data Visualisation, Supply Chain, Airlines, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics or Customer Services.

Industrial and Lean understanding and acumen.
