Job Description:
The Quality System Surveillance Coordinator involves a comprehensive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include planning and conducting regular surveillance activities to assess compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
You'll be instrumental in reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that all products and services consistently meet these expectations.
A core part of this undertaking is defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions to proactively address and resolve any quality issues that may arise, followed by thorough follow-up to ensure their effectiveness.
This also extends to checking the consistent application of quality rules and procedures across the organization.
You provide quality support and guidance to teams and individuals, and collaborating with other departments to foster a unified approach to quality management.
A commitment to continuously improving processes and management systems (BMS/CES/QMS) is essential to enhance both efficiency and effectiveness.
Parts of the job responsabilities are related to document management: Maintain the lifecycle of all company policies and SOPs, from initial drafting and approval to archival, Ensure only the most current, approved versions of documents are available to staff to prevent operational errors, Manage document retention schedules and access permissions in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conducting regular internal audits to verify that operational activities align with established procedures and standards and identifying process gaps or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk are also responsabilities for this position.
Ultimately, the aim is to ensure that quality objectives are consistently met and that the organization remains in full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Your input on quality performance will also be valued through participation in management reviews.
