Job Description:

He/she manages one or several of the following activities:

• Welcome delivery trucks to Logistics or Production line side areas.
• Ensure the right delivery of the right product, to the right address with the right documentation according to the product type.
• Check parcel physical condition and manage Customs area.
• Visually check the parcel to look for any damage on the packaging and manage non conformities if needed.
• Check collected products.
• Ensure all products in storage area are properly identified with associated labelling and “Goods Receipt” slip.
• Ensure accompanying documentation remains with the product.
• Check that documents correspond to the correct warehouse and to the correct batch of product.
• Respect the specific required storage condition (appropriate location, product characteristics)
• Respect storage incompatibility between products.
• Ensure that product is protected and avoids the contact of:
  − metal to metal components,
  − metal component to concrete floor,
  − metal component to metal rack/container.
