Job Description:

An opportunity for CIM Customer Inspection Manager has arisen in San Pablo (Sevilla).

RESPONSABILITIES

• Answering potential NC that the customer will rise during the delivery process.

• Preparing the A/C for the delivery process preparing the applicable inspections in order the reach the expected customer satisfaction.

• Issuing documentation from Quality point of view to support customer and/ or authorities requirements.

• Ensuring production process from quality perspective, following Operational surveillance process, following up non conformities and root cause analysis.

• Ability to facilitate complex conversations.
• Analytical thinking and results orientation.
• Credibility and influence when working with senior profiles.
• Confidential handling and high ethical standards.

Education

English speaker and Engineer profile is a must. Previous experience in customer management, quality and production processes will be valuable.
