To support our growth, we are recruiting an **AI & Counter-Information Manipulation Architect (M/F)**to be based in Rennes (35), France. You will join the Cognitive Security & Artificial Intelligence team.

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities. The candidate must hold French nationality in accordance with IGI 1300 of 30/11/2011 (article 65).

Your Challenges:

Join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative artificial intelligence solutions. You will work on varied projects, ranging from algorithm design to machine learning model implementation, including the optimization of existing systems. You will work in close collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure the continuous delivery of our applications and services. You will also have the opportunity to work on Cyber Range environments.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models, specifically machine learning models.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and product teams to define needs and technical solutions.

• Optimize the performance of algorithms and AI systems.

• Participate in the research and evaluation of new AI technologies and methods.

• Ensure the maintenance and evolution of existing solutions.

• Participate in incident resolution and the implementation of corrective solutions.

• Document processes and configurations to ensure traceability and reusability of project results.

• Work on our flagship product: the Cyber Range.

• Integrate social media solutions into our infrastructures and applications.

Your Boarding Pass:

• Holder of an Engineering degree, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Experience in developing machine learning algorithms (with Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn, etc.) and NLP (spa Cy, NLTK, etc.).

• Experience with GenAI models and RAG techniques, embeddings, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and adaptation of pre-trained models.

• Experience in AI system design and architecture, preferably in contexts related to content moderation, disinformation detection, or cybersecurity.

• Proficiency in languages such as Python and bash.

• Understanding of DevOps principles and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.

• Knowledge of on-premise solution integration.

• Knowledge of Cyber Range environments.

• Initiative and ability to learn quickly.

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

• Sense of innovation and curiosity for new technologies.
