We are looking for a candidate to become Satellite Ground Segment Crypto Software Engineer (d/m/f) within Airbus Space Engineering, located in Friedrichshafen, Germany. You will join powerful team to design satellite ground segments.

As a Crypto Software Engineer (d/m/f) for space ground segments, you will be part of a team based in Friedrichshafen supporting our integrated nation space mission project teams. Beside these operational activities, you will contribute to our transformation plan that has the vision to become national champion for high-performance Ground-Space Mission Solutions.

Tasks:

• Analysis and flowdown of customer crypto requirements to subsystem and equipment level

• Integration of the newest crypto hardware in the ground segment

• Coordination and contribution to crypto accreditation tasks

• Software development of ground segment related crypto subsystem

• Integration of new technologies (AI, Quantum Cryptography)

Required skills:

• Degree in computer science or comparable

• Experience with software development (Agile development, Linux-Environments, DevOps, Kubernetes)

• Experience with crypto engineering, hardware and software components

• (IT) Security knowledge

• Good communication and team skills

• Fluency in German & English

Neben diesen operativen Tätigkeiten werden Sie zu unserem Transformationsplan beitragen, der die Vision hat, nationaler Champion für hochleistungsfähige Boden-Raumfahrt-Missionslösungen zu werden.

Aufgaben:

Sie werden Verantwortlich für den Entwurf und Entwicklung von Krypto Infrastrukturen in Bodensegmenten:

• Analyse und Umsetzung von Kunden Krypto Anforderungen in allen Krypto Subsystemen

• Integration der neueste Krypto Hardware im Bodensegment

• Koordinierung und Beiträge zur Krypto Akkreditierung

• Software Entwicklung des Bodensegment Krypto Subsystems

• Integration neuer Technologien (KI, Quantenkryptografie)

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten:

• Abschluss in Informatik oder vergleichbar

• Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung (Agile Entwicklung, Linux-Umgebungen, DevOps, Kubernetes)

• Erfahrung mit Krypto Engineering, Hard- und Softwarekomponenten

• (IT) Sicherheit Verständnis

• Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten

• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
