Job Description: Responsibilities

He is responsible for preparing the maintenance documents for MRO and retrofit projects:

• Coordinates the activity of the Work Preparation Department;

• Issuance of the maintenance work sheet / work cards based on maintenance contracts (customer orders);

• Manages the findings and additional works and after customer approval launches the internal execution documents;

• Identifies technical solutions for defects / problems not described in the documentation reported by the Aircraft Supervisor based on the information obtained from the manufacturer;

• Participates in project operational meetings;

• Coordinates the definition of the lists of materials necessary for the contracted MRO projects;

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of Aerospace Engineering;

• Knowledge of EASA aeronautical legislation, Part 145, Part M, AACR;

• Ability to learn and operate specific applications for Airbus products;

• Managerial skills: team coordination, clear communication, constructive feedback, conflict management, understanding of performance indicators in MRO activity, problem solving, setting priorities;

• English - professional level;
