Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :
- Effectuer des inspections visuelles et manuelles à l'aide d'outils de mesure, dessin d’outillage ou autres
spécifications pour la fabrication et modification de gabarits de tous genres; - Effectuer des inspections visuelles et manuelles à l'aide d'outils de mesure selon les normes
d'ingénierie, gammes de fabrication et les directives d'assurance qualité pour la fabrication de pièces
aéronautiques; - Réaliser des audits et émettre des rapports sur des gabarits définis comme normalement inspecter par
les outilleurs; - Valider des outillages provenant de fournisseurs en analysant leurs rapports de conformité et en
procédant à des prises de mesures au besoin; - Analyser des rapports de prise de mesure fournis par l’outilleur pour la certification périodique des
gabarits de grande envergure; - Inspecter périodiquement des outils de levage;
- Rédiger des rapports d'inspection de non-conformité et des fiches d'anomalies techniques;
- Effectuer d'autres t âches connexes.
En tant que candidat idéal, vous possédez :
- D.E.C. ou A.E.C. génie mécanique ou construction aéronautique.
- Posséder les connaissances des spécifications d’usinage aéronautique.
- Posséder un minimum de 3 à 5 années d'expérience comme inspecteur d’outillage dans le domaine de
l’aéronautique ou dans un domaine connexe en outillage. - Capable d’utiliser des systèmes tels que laser tracker et/ou bras FARO (un atout).
- Maîtrise de la langue française (orale et écrite).

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

Perform visual and manual inspections using measuring tools, tooling drawings or other specifications for the manufacturing and modification of jigs of all kinds.
-
Perform visual and manual inspections using measuring tools according to engineering standards,
-
process sheet, and quality assurance guidelines for the manufacture of aeronautical parts.
-
Conduct audits and issue reports on jigs normally inspected by toolmakers.
-
Validate tools from suppliers by analyzing their compliance reports and taking measurements as
-
needed.
-
Analyze measurement reports provided by toolmakers for periodic certification of larger jigs.
-
Inspect lifting tools periodically.
-
Write non-compliance inspection reports and technical anomaly sheets.
-
Perform other related duties.
As the ideal candidate, you possess:
-
D.C.S or A.C.S Mechanical Engineering or Aircraft Construction.

Knowledge of aeronautical machining specifications.
-
Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a tooling inspector in aeronautics or in a related
-
field.

Proficient with systems such as laser tracker and FARO Arm (an asset).

Good knowledge of the French language (oral and written).
