Job Description:

An opportunity for Manufacturing engineer NC Programmer  has arisen within Airbus Operations in Illescas (Toledo).

Responsabilities:

Requirements:

knowledge on CATIA V5 . Specific modules related to Composites design (CPD) Fast / advanced machining, Generative Shape design

Knowledge on manufacturing processes regarding CFRP structures (including sandwich structures) where manual or automatic lay-up, trimming, cutting machines are used

Experience in CNC programming for CFRP structures: layup, cutting, trimming…

MTORRES/CINCINNATI layup machines

GFM of MTORRES cutting machines

MTORRES, FLOW, PAR trimming machines.

Robotics.

Tasks:

CNC programming for different technologies.

Advanced modelling, flattening of non-ruled surfaces.

Support for programming activities of automatic cutting machines (GFM).

Support the design team in the initial phases of a product design to assure it will be able to be manufactured with given automatic means, looking for the less costly feasible solution.

Shopfloor support of different routines, parts execution, and technical point of view to solve manufacturing issues.
