Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par les Ministères français de l’Europe et des Affaires Etrangères, du Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances et du Ministère de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire)

• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

• Être impérativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

La durée d’un VIE est de 6 à 24 mois en fonction du lieu d’affectation.

Un poste sous contrat VIE Analyste Trésorerie est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Canada à Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Vous rejoindrez l’équipe finance A220.

Le statut d’entité légale distincte du A220 (Airbus Canada) exige de l’équipe finance en place une implication très diversifiée dans tous les aspects de la finance/comptabilité industrielle. C'est dans ce cadre que vous participerez à l’amélioration de divers processus liés à la trésorerie.

Missions et responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :

• Consolider et analyser divers éléments liés à la planification et aux résultats réels de trésorerie

• Participer à l’amélioration et à la maintenance du processus de planification des comptes payable en lien avec les flux d’approvisionnement de matières premières.

• Contribuer à la mise en place d’un processus automatisé de réconciliation entre les méthodes de planification et les résultats réels de trésorerie (approche directe et indirecte)

• Soutenir les processus de fin de mois liés au contrôle de gestion de l’ingénierie et proposer des améliorations favorisant la qualité et l'efficacité

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

• Titulaire d'un diplôme (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la comptabilité, de la finance, de l’administration des affaires ou une discipline apparentée.

• 2 à 4ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion / comptabilité / finance(apprentissages et stages compris)

• Outils informatiques: Suite Office, suite Google, SAP

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

• Bonne compréhension et intérêt pour l’amélioration des processus

• Pragmatisme

• Bonne capacité d’analyse

• Compétences linguistiques: Français et /ou Anglais

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)

• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

• Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

A VIE for a Treasury Analyst has arisen Airbus Canada in Mirabel (Québec, Canada. You will join A220 finance team.

The Airbus Canada status of standalone legal entity mandates for a much-diversified role from the finance team in place. Finance A220 overviews all activities related to accounting and finance of an industrial production entity. It is within this context that you will contribute to various improvements of processes touching the treasury and other areas.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Consolidate and analyze various treasury items in relation with the planning and actuals recording

• Propose improvements and participate in ongoing workflows relate to account payables planning in conjunction with aircraft parts sourcing processes.

• Contribute to the establishment of an automated process dedicated to direct and indirect cash reconciliation.

• Support Engineering controlling month end processes propose improvements for quality and efficiency improvement.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience: (Bullet points to be used).

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, business administration or a related discipline.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting, finance or business controlling (apprenticeships and internships included)

• IT tools : Office suite, Google suite, SAP
