An opportunity for a quality conformance management has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe, Madrid

a transversal QCM you will

• Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase

• Monitor process performance and product adherence to standards

• Ensure reliability of processes and repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead the Non Allocated Concession process for HTPs

• Lead and execute the PPVs (Production and Process Verification) for HTPs

• Participate in the PPVs and Control Plan routines

• Participate in the erradication of repetitive concessions

• Lead the my poli-poli AOS brick for quality

• Benchmarking and dissemination of quality qools within other areas/plants

SKILLS

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering.

• Experience in Quality, Production, Manufacturing Engineering or Programmes.

• Evolving in multi-cultural context.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Computing/digital skills will be valuable
