Job Description:
As Flight Training Operations Assistant, you will be assisting in administrative tasks that support the flight crew training courses and encompassing operations performed by Airbus Asia Training Centre (AATC). You will ensure that trainee folders for AATC customers are prepared and archived in accordance with regulatory requirements, and participate in various ongoing business operations projects that will chart AATC’s path for future growth and expansion.
Your main responsibilities are to:
- Assist Flight Training Operations Managers (FTOMs) with the preparation of grade sheets, course materials and other relevant training paperwork for Training department.
- Assist FTOMs in performing trainee registration using Company tools and in accordance with Company procedures.
- Ensure paperwork in trainee folders are arranged in correct order for both digital and hard copy formats.
- Check signatures and completion of training records by instructors and inform FTOMs of any discrepancies.
- Prepare course certificates, licensing paperwork and organise training records for customers in accordance with Company procedures upon customers’ completion of training.
- Perform tracking of trainee folders preparation and closure completion statuses.
- Perform archiving of trainee folders in accordance with Company procedures.
- Perform billing consolidation for Instructor services.Support Training Operations Director and Head of Business Operations in business development and training operations improvement projects, including but not limited to business case studies, market analysis, and training centre expansion plans.
- Assist in any ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the Training Operations Director
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in aviation/aerospace/aeronautical fields, or related
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Adaptable team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a multicultural / multinational setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Understanding of (Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore) CAAS and/or European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) flight crew licensing regulations will be advantageous
