Vous intègrerez une équipe dynamique, en lien permanent avec l’équipe RH étendue et le business, et découvrirez ainsi le déploiement d’une politique de formation et de gestion de carrières.

Descriptif des missions proposées :

Bras droit d’Amandine, responsable formation et développement, vos missions seront variées et vous permettront d’intervenir sur :

  • Le déploiement du Plan de Formation

  • La mise à jour du catalogue de formation

  • Les KPI des formations

  • Le suivi administratif

  • La coordination des solutions de développement

  • L’organisation d’évènements internes

  • L'amélioration continue des processus existants

  • Des activités transverses liées au développement personnel.

Cette alternance est faite pour vous si :

  • Vous disposez de bonnes capacités de communication, d’une bonne aisance relationnelle et d’un fort esprit d'équipe,

  • Rigoureux/se et organisé/e, vous savez vous montrer proactif/ve et force de proposition,

  • Enfin, vos capacités d'adaptation, d'analyse et de synthèse seront de réels atouts dans la prise en charge des missions qui vous seront confiées.

  • Un niveau avancé en Excel, Word et Powerpoint sera apprécié.

  • Vous disposez d’un niveau de français courant et d’un anglais professionnel.

What we will do together:

Being an apprentice at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities.

You will join a dynamic team, working closely with the extended HR team and the business, and will learn about the implementation of training and career management policy.

Description of the proposed tasks:

As the right-hand person to Amandine, the Training and Development Manager, your duties will be varied and will enable you to work on:

  • Implementing the Training Plan

  • Updating the training catalog

  • Training KPIs

  • Administrative follow-up

  • Coordinating development solutions

  • Organizing internal events

  • Continuously improving existing processes

  • Cross-functional activities related to personal development.

This apprenticeship is designed for you if

  • You have good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a strong team spirit.

  • You are rigorous and organized, and you know how to be proactive and come up with new ideas.

  • Finally, your ability to adapt, analyze, and synthesize will be a real asset in carrying out the tasks entrusted to you.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint would be appreciated.

  • You are fluent in French and have a professional level of English.

How does the recruitment process work?
