Airbus Defence and Space is per essence the combination of various different but complementary businesses (Space System, Connected Intelligence, Air Power), which implies adaptation in term of financial solutions in respect to internal and international financial rules.Attached to the Cost Accounting department in Finance Space System in Toulouse, we develop diverse and specific financial skills to cope with Business Requirements.

The job scope is ADS SAS, in close connection with Cyber Security SAS, Ex GEO SA and SLC France.

The Cost Accounting experience will allow you to develop a large diversity of skills in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Financial Systems, Tools interfaces
In this position you contribute to :

• Insure Transparency and Accuracy for current and future businesses, defining, implementing and controlling financial standards : hourly rates, Internal Facilities Rates

• Support Organizational changes with appropriate financials solutions

Tasks & accountabilities

• Perform and coordinated month end activities: time booking follow up, productivity analysis, accruals and analytical transfers booking, internal project settlement, statistical key figures update, book cycle run, recovery analysis and corrective actions follow up
• Drumbeat budget process: coordinate, structure and compute budgeted debit rates according to internal rules over more than: 20 budgetary controllers, 8millions Hours, 1billion €.
• Follow and implement recharging schemes solutions
• Master data maintenance to insure accurate financial standard and reporting
• Perform internal control on cost accounting key indicators
• Propose solution to organizational Changes, dealing with various financial systems and environments
• Support and train finance community on Cost Accountings matters
• Connect, exchange and optimize Cost Accounting solutions with counterparts in others European countries
• Follow financial evolutions

Required Skills:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience :

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Business
• Strong knowledge on accounting, cost accounting, controlling
• Highly rigorous and agile to be able to work on complex topics not fully backed
• English : negotiation level is required
• Customer service oriented, team spirit
