Descriptif des missions proposées

Assistanat RH:

• Assister à l'organisation d'évènements internes & externes pour la fonction RH (workshop d'équipes, évènements diversité & inclusion)
• Créer et suivre les demandes d'achats liées à l'activité RH
• Réceptionner les commandes et suivre la facturation

Performance RH:

• Rédaction et mise à jour de la documentation RH en français et anglais (process RH, guide salariés et managers)
• Mise à jour et suivi de la gestion électronique de la documentation (GED)
• Piloter la mise à jour des risques & opportunités de la fonction RH dans les outils

Ce stage est fait pour vous

• Bac +2 en Ressources humaines ou Assistanat de direction
• Excellente maîtrise du Pack Office
• Esprit d'équipe, Autonomie et Confidentialité
• Français & Anglais sont obligatoires

Calendrier

• Démarrage: Janvier 2026
• Durée: 6 mois

Detailed description of the missions

HR Assistance:

• Assist with the organisation of internal and external events for the HR function (team workshops, diversity & inclusion events)
• Create and monitor purchase requests related to HR activities
• Receive orders and track invoicing

HR Performance:

• Draft and update HR documentation in French and English (HR processes, guides for employees and managers)
• Update and monitor the electronic management of documentation (GED)
• Oversee the updating of risks & opportunities for the HR function in the relevant tools

This internship is designed for you

• Bac +2 in Human Resources or Executive Assistance
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Team spirit, autonomy, and confidentiality
• Fluency in French & English is required

Calendar

• Starting date: January 2026
• Duration: 6 months
