In an innovative digital environment at the cutting edge of technology, you will join a dynamic department in charge of the integration of electrical assemblies on our platforms.
Your mission will consist of carrying out 3D studies for the integration of electrical harnesses in a DMU (Digital Mock Up) environment so that the safety and reliability of our helicopters are ensured.
Your challenges:
You will support our department on the following activities:
- 3D creation of electrical harness routing with the CATIA V5 EHI module
- Studies and positioning of harness supports
- 3D creation of interface drawings with the surrounding environment
- Creation of manufacturing drawings for parts and equipment assemblies in 2D (CATIA V5)
- Creation of manufacturing drawings for harnesses with CATIA V5 modules
- Creation of harness installation documentation with 3DVia
- Impact analysis in the event of modification
- Interface with other departments / professions within the design office
- Production support whether on the assembly line or in production centers
- Guarantor of the QUALITY approach
Your profile:
You have the following experiences and skills:
- Holder of a university degree in the field of engineering/aeronautics or a related discipline.
- Equipment and harness installation in a 3D environment
- Creation of drawings for production
- Usage of a DMU and 3D environment
- Mastery of CATIA V5 software with specific electrical modules
- Knowledge of the installation regulations for electrical equipment and devices in the aeronautical environment
- You like working in a complex environment and accepting changes in priorities
- Ability to step back and have an overview of a project
- Soft Skills: methodology and rigor, team spirit and dynamism, transparent communication, having a positive attitude even in times of difficulty (being constructive), knowing how to work on a plateau
- Language skills: Negotiation level in Spanish and advanced level in English and / or French.
