Job Description:

A temporary opportunity for a Business improvement has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space, Tablada (Seville).

The selected candidate will join the Business improvement area

RESPONSABILITIES

An internal reference to drive and enable the achievement of business excellence by the application of the business improvement fundamentals, based on lean and right first time lean principles, and associated methods and approaches such as Lean / Operating systems, Problem Solving and Quality Standards.

Develops and contributes to the evolution and maintenance of the improvement referential, and leads the transfer and coaching of improvement concepts, principles, tools & techniques, and the development of autonomy/competency in the business.

SKILLS

Education: degree or a related discipline.

Experience: at least 2 years in Human Resources.

Soft skills: high adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.

Languages: advanced level in both Spanish and English.

Technical knowledge required: SAP PHM, Office, Google Workspace and Workday.

Valuable / Nice to have: experience in aeronautical topics will be valuable.
