Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par les Ministères français de l’Europe et des Affaires Etrangères, du Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances et du Ministère de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire)

Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Être impérativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

Un poste sous contrat VIE (Recurring Cost make Analys) est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Canada à Mirabel. Vous rejoindrez le département Operational Excellence.

Contexte:

Dans un objectif de rentabilité du programme A220 d’ici 2027, Airbus cherche à renforcer ses capacités d’analyse et de convergence des coûts de production (“UCost Make”). Le poste s’inscrit dans un environnement dynamique, international et industriel au cœur des opérations aéronautiques à Mirabel.

Ce rôle est clé pour supporter la convergence des coûts unitaires liés à la production et offre une vision transverse et globale des activités critiques du site, impliquant des interactions avec plusieurs fonctions stratégiques.

Missions et responsabilités :

Intégré(e) aux équipes Opérations dans la Value Stream Management (VSM), le/la VIE travaillera en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs interfaces clés :

Les Opérations, pour comprendre les flux physiques et les enjeux d’efficacité industrielle

Les Achats, afin d’aligner les logiques de coûts avec les fournisseurs et les stratégies d’approvisionnement

Les Fonctions transverses telles que la Qualité, la gestion de site, et le contrôle de gestion, pour assurer une coordination complète des leviers de performance

Ses missions s'articulent autour de trois axes :

1. Utilisation des données Skywise

Exploiter et structurer les données issues de Skywise pour le programme A220

Définir et automatiser des reportings types pour suivre la convergence des heures avion

Collaborer avec les équipes Data et Opérations pour fiabiliser les indicateurs

2. Structuration des données financières

Organiser et classer les données financières par fonction, nature, et projet

Identifier les drivers de convergence à travers une approche analytique

Travailler avec les équipes Finance pour assurer la cohérence des données

3. Robustification de la base de données Risks & Opportunities

Consolider les risques et opportunités liés aux points 1 & 2

Proposer des outils de visualisation ou de suivi (type dashboard interactif)

Participer à la définition des actions de mitigation en lien avec les équipes concernées

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

Formation : Bac+5 – Ingénieur ou école de commerce avec spécialisation en aéronautique, data, finance ou gestion de projet

Compétences techniques :

Bonnes connaissances des outils Office (Excel avancé), Google Workspace

Compétences en programmation de niveau intermédiaire (Python, SQL ou équivalent)

Intérêt marqué pour les systèmes de données industriels (idéalement Skywise ou BI)

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’analyse

Excellente capacité d’adaptation dans un environnement international complexe

Fort esprit d’équipe et sens de la communication

Capacité à s’intégrer dans une organisation matricielle avec plusieurs parties prenantes

Langues :

Français : courant

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)

Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

A VIE for a Recurring Cost make Analyst has arisen within Airbus Canada in Mirabel. You will join the Department of Operational excellence.

Context

To achieve profitability for the A220 program by 2027, Airbus is looking to strengthen its analysis and convergence capabilities for production costs ("UCost Make"). The position is within a dynamic, international, and industrial environment at the heart of aeronautical operations in Mirabel.

This role is key to supporting the convergence of unit costs related to production and offers a transversal, global view of the site's critical activities, involving interactions with several strategic functions.

Missions and responsibilities

Integrated into the Operations teams within the Value Stream Management (VSM), the VIE will work in close collaboration with several key interfaces:

Operations, to understand physical flows and industrial efficiency challenges.

Procurement, to align cost logic with suppliers and sourcing strategies.

Transversal Functions such as Quality, site management, and management control, to ensure complete coordination of performance levers.

The VIE's missions are structured around three main areas:

Use of Skywise data

Exploit and structure data from Skywise for the A220 program.

Define and automate standard reports to track the convergence of aircraft hours.

Collaborate with Data and Operations teams to ensure the reliability of indicators.

Structuring of financial data

Organize and classify financial data by function, nature, and project.

Identify convergence drivers through an analytical approach.

Work with Finance teams to ensure data consistency.

Strengthening the Risks & Opportunities database

Consolidate risks and opportunities related to points 1 & 2.

Propose visualization or monitoring tools (e.g., interactive dashboards).

Participate in defining mitigation actions in collaboration with the relevant teams.

Required skills

You have the following experiences and skills:

Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) — Engineer or business school with a specialization in aeronautics, data, finance, or project management.

Technical skills:

Good knowledge of Office tools (advanced Excel), Google Workspace.

Intermediate programming skills (Python, SQL, or equivalent).

Strong interest in industrial data systems (ideally Skywise or BI).

In addition, you are able to demonstrate the following skills:

Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of analysis.

Excellent adaptability in a complex international environment.

Strong team spirit and communication skills.

Ability to integrate into a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.

Languages:

French: Fluent.

English: Professional proficiency required (international environment).
