An opportunity of recruitment has arisen within A400M Program.  Inside Production Quality area in San Pablo (Sevilla).

We are currently offering a temporary opportunity in Tablada PreFAL in Seville, in A400M Program.  Inside Production Quality, your mission is to increase the Customer satisfaction

RESPONSABILITIES

As Quality Conformance Manager (QCM) and Configuration Conformity Management and Documentation (CCMD) Manager your mission will be:

Manage Product Conformance and Configuration Conformity activities and resources, coordinate FTEs, along the entire product life cycle

Improve Customer satisfaction and coordinate Continuous Improvement, Preventive and Corrective Actions with HTP, FSF and PwP Quality Operational Managers

Manage FAL and DC support and Outstanding Works:

• KPI and reporting

Be accountable for the Configuration Conformity Management and Documentation (CCMD) during assembly in Tablada and all along FAL/DC activities

Get on time and on quality Configuration and Conformity Documentation for any hand over or milestone

Main activities:

Follow up the findings and escapes all over Tablada, FAL, DC and in Service operations and coordinate resolution, root cause analysis and corrective actions

Lead and foster cross-functional resolution team

Align team improvement activity, Quality Excellence and OES

Lead and be a referent of the CCMD activity

Sustain the configuration management methods, processes and related tools along the entire product life cycle

Perform the configuration management: define, plan, schedule and organize the activities and identify configuration items to be placed under formal configuration control

Grant on time and on quality availability of CAIR, EASA F1, CoC and any other configuration or conformity documentation to be validated and signed

SKILLS:

• Educated in an  Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering

• Around 5 years of experiene in A400M aircraft

• High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode

• Advanced level in English.

• Advanced level in Spanish.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to propose new ideas.
