Job Description:Lead BUY sustainable competitiveness & business improvement

to reach Strategic Procurement short & long term commitments:-Pilot e**& ensure PMO activities** on more than 200 projects (complex levers, business continuity & risks), to reduce the recurring costs, to mitigate risk of price increase, to secure and reshape the supply chain

  • Execution of different cross-function processes and governance in place (from budget allocation to workload securisation and implementation on H/C)

  • Generat enew ideas with all AH functions to secure short & long time commitments

  • Run End to End Competitiveness process

  • Ensure communication towards Programs and all stakeholders

  • Strong link with MFT coordinator to contribute to PSS execution

  • Training KEY FIGURES:

  • 150 complex projects per year

  • between 20 & 25M€ NRC budget per year

Main activities:

Manage End-to-End project, from initiation of a new project until implementation on the Helicopter by using methods, tools and processes of Project Management

Manage yearly NRC budget for Competitiveness & Business Continuity/Reshape supply chain with Budget owner and all stakeholders (EX, ET, ED, EF) as per Governance in place

Lead PMO activities on multi-program projects with multi-year project execution, multi-functions involved such as redesign, resourcing, Make to Buy/Buy to make with transfer of activities, requiring between 100K€ and 5M€ NRCs budget depending on the complexity

PMO converges with the Program on budget allocation and topics prioritization through the company internal processes and translates it into the Engineering Demand Planning process (PSP, EDP, Make or BUY, Change Board, capex SDP)

Coordinate Program/Procurement lessons learnt and retex analysis on a yearly basis for continuous improvement
