About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, UK-based team within a global legal department of over 120 professionals supporting Airbus Commercial aircraft. You will play a key role in helping to build a strong culture of integrity from the ground up, and supporting a wide variety of high-impact legal and compliance projects at two newly acquired Airbus sites.

How You Will Contribute to the Team

Building a Foundation

Trusted Advisor

You'll serve as a go-to legal and compliance expert for employees, providing daily advice on a wide range of legal issues, from contract negotiation to dispute resolution. You will be a key player in proactive risk identification and mitigation.

Global-Local Link

You will bridge the gap between Airbus' global policies and local implementation. You'll execute global legal and compliance programs within the UK context, conduct training, and ensure the business adheres to relevant local regulations.

  • Qualified English or Northern Irish Solicitor or Barrister with a current practicing certificate
  • At least 8 years of post-qualification experience
  • Solid background in commercial and contract law

Compliance Acumen
