Job Description:Description:As a Product Owner he/she will be responsible for prioritizing the product backlog for our SAP platforms, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that our SAP products meet business requirements and deliveries happen on time. He/She should have in-depth knowledge in SAP Basis & HANA administration. He/She is responsible for providing technical leadership, guidance and expertise in SAP Basis administration, ensuring the stability, security and performance of SAP systems.He/She will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile mind-set and methodology.
Qualification & Experience:
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Technical/IT discipline
-
7 years of experience with SAP products/solutions
-
**Technical expertise and working experience in SAP Solutions, technology and products especially at infrastructure and operations level **
-
Strong leadership, communication and project management skills
-
Ability to network in multicultural environment

Structured, self-organised and appetite for problem solving
-
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
-
Mindset of continuous improvement and lean methods
-
SAFe PO/PM certification is good to have Responsibilities
-
Define, prioritize and maintain the product backlog for SAP platforms ensuring that it is aligned with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
-
Execute and oversee the administration of SAP systems, including system configuration, patch management and troubleshooting
-
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met, providing regular updates on progress of deliveries
-
Analyze and optimize SAP system performance, ensuring all systems are running at optimal levels
-
Ensure all SAP systems are secure and compliant with organisational security policies and procedures
-
**Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team **

Collaborate with other teams, including infrastructure, functional and business teams to understand the requirements and project plans
-
Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus application portfolio
-
**Identify and propose service improvement **
-
Share knowledge and expertise with other team members and maintain up-to-date documentation of all SAP basis related processes and procedures
