Role: SAP Data Migration Lead Technology Analyst

Description

IM within Airbus is a Transnational Organisation mirroring the Industrial landscape. IM is currently undergoing a major Digital Transformation programme focussing on Product and Technology Service teams with an end-to-end (E2E) accountability and full responsibility for the value proposition.

As an expert on SAP Business Object Data Service (BODS), the candidate should be able to design and maintain data extraction, transformation rules and data quality analysis while ensuring high performance of the BODS platform for the various projects. It means a good understanding (and experience) of business needs and translation to SAP rules and constraints. All SAP BODS technologies will be addressed from basis activities, Data services, Data Steward and Data hub. In addition, the candidate will be part of a squad aiming to implement migration tools from various ERP legacy’s to the new central ERP system of Airbus. The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using agile mind-set and methodology (SCRUM)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in an area such as information technology, applied mathematics, engineering,

• Graduate with 12+ years of experience in Data Migration and S4transformation projects..

• Understand data processes and technical architecture of SAP landscapes

• Good problem solving and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of SAP ETL tools and DMC

• Good knowledge in data migration in SAP landscape and functional knowledge to lead the migration work package of s4 transformation

• Good knowledge of SAP Information stewards for data quality tool.

• Good to have knowledge of Hana and SLT landscape.

• Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery

• Knowledge of database technology (eg. SQL, SAP BW, SAP HANA)

• Working experience in Scrum Computing and an Agile environment

• Team player and collaborative mindset

• Stakeholder management- excellent and adaptive communication with diverse audiences & skills

• Learning agility, curiosity and creativity, independence of mind and innovative "out of the box" mindset

• Ability to work autonomously with Good Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• High focus on customer satisfaction and short time-to-market

• Define best match between needs and existing solutions & technologies

• Platform administration to ensure the rights performance of the Airbus BODS platform

• Design, develop and maintain developments in SAP BODS

• Design, develop and maintain developments in SAP Information Steward.

• Design,develop and maintain developments data migration to SAP landscape.

• Develop Hana queries for data validation and logical developments.

• Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules for data management.

• Understand data business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape

The position will have to drive the design of multiple applications at the same time. Global consistency has to be ensured and a transverse strategy has to be implemented in that way.
