Job Description:

Airbus India Private Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer specializing in Drupal to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web solutions. This role will contribute to critical digital platforms, ensuring robust performance and an excellent user experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal 8/9/10 websites and applications, including module development, theme integration, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance Drupal solutions following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and integrity of developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging Drupal trends, technologies, and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document technical specifications, architecture, and development processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Drupal development (Drupal 8/9/10 preferred).
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated web technologies.
• Extensive experience with Drupal core APIs, custom module development, theme layer customization, and configuration management.
• Familiarity with Drush, Composer, Git, and other development tools and workflows.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
