Job Summary The Supply Logistics Agent at Airbus Belfast Limited will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and components throughout the supply chain, supporting operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of supply to meet schedule.

• Maintain operations systems to the highest levels of data accuracy.

• Parameter management to ensure optimum utilized assets.

• Provide visibility and analysis of supply to support operational performance.

• Harmonization of delinquent supply with focus on risk mitigation.

• Smooth and cost effective change management which supports with minimal impact.

• Work in and support a cross functional team.

• Support operational performance

• Provide and analyze forward load and capacity plans to ensure success.

• MRP/ERP knowledge within a manufacturing environment.

• Working with third party logistics suppliers re warehousing and dispatch.

Candidate requirements

• Candidates must possess a minimum of an HNC or relevant professional qualification eg CPIM, CIPS and have a minimum of 2 years experience within a supply chain environment. Lesser qualified candidates with at least 3 years relevant experience within a supply chain environment will also be considered.

• Candidates must have solid IT skills and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of MRP systems.
