Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a **Technical Support (f/m)**to join the Customer Line Wide Body teams based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team that supports production groups for Wide Body programs. Within the Technical Support team, you will be the guarantor of the aircraft definition in the production group that launches aircraft into flight before and during the delivery phase of the A350 and A330.

Your challenges:

  • Provide technical assistance to the production team (understanding, reading the manufacturing/assembly file, the AMM, and analysis of detected risks...)

  • Be the initial point of contact for ME within the production group (Processing of PARA, OT, etc.)

  • Ensure a technical analysis of non-conformities (TLB, AM, NC, Folio points, concessions...)

  • Prepare & be an actor in the Hand Over to delivery (updating the A/C file / Macro targeting of points / OL management reporting / Flight log...)

  • Participate in PPS and lead the associated actions

  • Be a driving force for continuous improvement

  • Be involved in safety and the workstation environment

In this position: shifts in 2X9 + VSD (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). This position requires knowledge of potential non-conformity risks. The job holder agrees to act with integrity, the foundation of the success, reputation, and sustainable growth of the Company.

Your boarding pass:

We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

  • Experience or aircraft knowledge in Green & Cabin >> FAL / Engine / FOT-FAL Milestone experience

  • Knowledge of A350 FAL processes and tools (Production Group)

  • Ability to adapt quickly to operational constraints

  • Ability to manage priorities and react quickly

  • Ability to communicate on blocking points and find solutions

  • Mastery of Tools: SAP PGI, PAC, TLB, Tandem, ACPnG, IBM, AIRNAV X, DOC MASTER, QLB

  • Knowledge of aircraft configuration management

  • French: negotiation level

  • English: intermediate level
