Operations Specialist – data, system och affär i samspel

Är du tekniskt intresserad och analytiskt lagd, och tycker om att arbeta där data, system och affär möts? Vi söker nu en Operations Specialist till vårt kontor i centrala Stockholm. Rollen har fokus på att stödja vår nordiska egendomsverksamhet – en viktig och prioriterad del av vår affär.

Rollen rapporterar till Nordic Underwriting Support Manager och innebär ett nära samarbete med våra Underwriters samt det nordiska Operations-teamet.

Om rollen Som Operations Specialist arbetar du datadrivet och systemnära. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa kvalitet i underwriting-data, bidra i analys och modellering samt vara med och utveckla och förbättra våra operativa processer.

Du har en central roll i att ta fram korrekta och strukturerade beslutsunderlag och kommer tydligt se hur ditt arbete bidrar till både effektivitet och kvalitet i verksamheten. Arbetet sker både självständigt och i nära samarbete med andra funktioner, med daglig kontakt med interna kollegor, externa förmedlare och företagskunder.

Exempel på ansvarsområden

• Modellering, validering och analys av underwriting-data

• Framtagning och granskning av försäkringsunderlag och dokumentation

• Säkerställande av SLA och leveransprecision

• Initiera och driva förbättringsinitiativ inom processer och system

• Deltagande i kund- och förmedlarmöten vid behov

Vi söker dig som

• Har ett tekniskt eller analytiskt arbetssätt och trivs i komplexa systemmiljöer

• Har några års erfarenhet från en roll med hög administrativ och/eller analytisk tyngd

• Är bekväm med att arbeta datadrivet, med fokus på kvalitet och effektivitet

• Är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och trivs i samarbete med olika funktioner

• Har eftergymnasial utbildning (KY/YH eller universitet)

• Flytande i engelska samt svenska, i tal och skrift

Meriterande

• Avancerade kunskaper i Excel (t.ex. pivot-tabeller, formler, Power Query)

• Tidigare erfarenhet från försäkringsbranschen eller annan reglerad verksamhet

• Erfarenhet av processförbättring, effektivisering eller verksamhetsutveckling

• Erfarenhet av, eller intresse för, AI, automatisering och digitala verktyg (t.ex. Power Apps, Power Automate eller liknande)

• Kunskaper i ytterligare nordiska språk
