Job Purpose Product Tower’s IT Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex product development projects that align with AIG Sompo’s business objectives. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will ensure solutions for products are delivered for agreed scope, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Key Responsibilities• Serve as the day‑to‑day owner of assigned IT product development projects, coordinating all activities and communications.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops, document business and technical requirements, and secure stakeholder approval.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, detailed project plans, budgets, and risk/regression registers.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration among development, infrastructure, security, QA, and operations teams.
- Drive process improvements and adopt best practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD, Agile).
- Support procurement processes, including RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee technical integration efforts with third‑party systems and internal platforms.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture, information security, and compliance standards.
- Manage change control, issue resolution, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and govern User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and sign‑off.
- Mentor and provide guidance to business analysts, project coordinators, and junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience managing and delivering IT projects.
- Proven track record in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with on‑shore and off‑shore development teams.
- Familiarity with integrated enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, APIs, cloud services).
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Effective stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and ITIL principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
Languages:

Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken).
