Make your mark in AIG Mexico
AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model, and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.
How you will create an impact
- Managing and coordinating agendas and calendars for the senior executives
- Organizing national and international travel arrangements
- Preparing and submitting expense reports
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and follow-ups
- Gathering and organizing documents and information required for mandatory process reporting
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or administrative capacity
