Are you passionate about chromatography and dissolution technologies? Do you enjoy solving analytical challenges and working closely with customers? Join our team as an Application Engineer and play a key role in supporting sales and customer success by providing technical expertise and application support for Agilent’s HPLC and Dissolution portfolio. What You Will Do

  • Support sales and product specialists by providing technical and application expertise to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Participate actively in the sales process from qualification to technical closure.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, method development, and optimization for customer applications.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver technical seminars, training sessions, and contribute to recognized scientific forums.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence future product and application design.
  • Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting when needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and identify Agilent’s unique advantages.
  • Collaborate on technical sales strategies and ramp-to-volume plans for new products.
  • Ensure compliance with customer/vendor credentialing requirements for site access.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Instrumentation, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with HPLC and Dissolution systems, including method development and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of analytical instruments in pharma, food, chemical, or related markets.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with customers.
  • Familiarity with Agilent products and SAP systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
