Job Description
Agilent Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven District Manager to lead and grow our Pharmaceutical Sales business in Korea. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and strengthening strategic relationships with key pharmaceutical customers. The District Manager will play a critical role in executing Agilent’s commercial strategy and reinforcing our leadership in the pharma market.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned district

Drive growth across pharmaceutical customers, including innovator pharma, biotech, and related segments

Execute district-level sales strategy aligned with Agilent Korea and APAC commercial objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and influencers
-
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Application Engineers, Service, and Channel partners
-
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning with discipline and accuracy
-
Ensure effective execution of product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives

Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to leadership

Uphold Agilent’s values, compliance standards, and ethical selling practices
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry

People management or team leadership experience are preferred
-
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical workflows, QC/QA, analytical instrumentation, or related solutions

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth and managing complex accounts

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strategic mindset with strong execution capability

Fluent in Korean; working proficiency in English required
