  • Actively partner with local HR Business Partners to monitor labor market trends and business conditions across 30 countries where we operate.

  • Oversee relationships with external consultants, survey partners, and industry groups to keep Agilent at the forefront of market practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Mathematics or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in compensation, with demonstrated impact at the enterprise level and in the High Technology or Life Sciences industry.

  • Deep knowledge of global compensation trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to design and implement compensation programs with company-wide and/or external impact.

  • Experience directing project or program resources and leading multi-disciplinary teams, while thriving in a demanding environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences and high-level stakeholders.

  • Extensive experience consulting with senior leadership on complex compensation topics and influencing strategic direction.
