Job Description

The primary responsibility is to work closely with product managers and manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and planning through development, launch, and continuous iteration.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define and refine product requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Design, Engineering, QA, IT, Finance, and Customer Operations to deliver digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on user feedback, market research, and emerging technology trends.
  • Conduct market research, customer co-design, experimentation, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights into structured IT requirements and prioritize enhancements.
  • Prepare product documentation, lead enablement efforts, and support training for internal teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product adoption and positioning.
  • Own test strategy and coordinate cross-functional testing and business sign-off for digital solutions.
  • Track and manage project delivery timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve customer experience and ease of use.
  • Serve as Level 3 support for e Commerce, managing defect backlogs and guiding support teams.
  • Leverage existing digital capabilities to inform solution design and ensure scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal and external IT partners to scope, plan, and execute projects effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Overall, at least 6-8 years of work experience. Minimum 2 years supporting Digital Product Management role.
  • 3 years of project and/or program management experience focusing on Agile methodology.
  • Proven experience in digital product analysis, product management, or business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Experience with digital platforms, e Commerce, and cross-functional project delivery.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools and frameworks.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
