Role Summary
As a Regional Marketing Communications Specialist (Associate), you will help translate marketing goals into practical communication tactics, coordinate multi‑channel activities, and support marketing events—primarily behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly and on brand.
Location requirement: Due to business needs, we are targeting candidates in CDMX and the surrounding metropolitan area (CDMX / Estado de México).Work model: Hybrid with the expectation of being onsite one day per week.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of marketing communication strategies aligned to business and marketing goals.

Translate strategies into tactical plans and help manage activities from planning through execution.

Support an integrated Marcom mix (e.g., events, digital, email, sales tools, publications, and vendor-supported tactics) to reach defined customer segments.

Coordinate marketing events (seminars, exhibitions, customer-facing marketing activities), including logistics and vendor/partner coordination to ensure smooth execution.

Prepare and update materials for internal and external communications (documents, summaries, campaign support materials).

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver projects on time and to brand standards.

Ensure consistency of messaging across communication platforms.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

0–3 years of relevant experience (internships/placements welcome).

Strong English proficiency; ability to work effectively with global teams where English is the primary language.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for document and presentation support.

Ability to travel approximately 25–30% (primarily within Mexico and occasionally across Latin America).

Valid passport and U.S. visa (for occasional meetings in the United States).

Based in the Mexico City metro area to support the hybrid onsite requirement (one day per week).
Preferred

Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe / Illustrator) for occasional updates to marketing materials (licenses provided as needed).

Exposure to CRM tools or general CRM concepts.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
