We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Corporate Tax Intern to join our tax team for the upcoming term. This internship is designed for students who want hands‑on experience in corporate taxation and U.S. tax compliance within a fast‑paced business environment. You’ll work closely with experienced tax professionals and gain exposure to real‑world tax processes that support strategic business decisions.
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Assist with corporate tax return preparation: Support the preparation of federal, state, and U.S. international tax filings and related schedules.
- Perform tax research: Analyze regulations, rulings, and tax law changes to help the team interpret impacts on the business.
- Organize and maintain tax documentation: Ensure accurate and complete workpapers for audits and internal reviews.
- Participate in special projects: Contribute to process improvements, technology initiatives, and cross‑functional projects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams: Work with accounting, finance, and operations to collect and validate tax‑related information.
