Senior GTM Operations Manager
The Senior GTM Operations Manager creates a holistic, "lead-to-live" infrastructure to scale Adyen’s Go-to-Market motion. In this strategic role, you will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution, transforming operational gaps into high-impact solutions. By mastering Adyen's data landscape and tech stack, you ensure global commercial teams operate efficiently through automated workflows and data-driven insights. Success in this role is defined not just by technical deployment, but by your ability to influence behavior and drive global adoption of best practices across the entire merchant lifecycle.
Your responsibilities:

Provide strategic recommendations to drive improvements in ways of working and overall process optimization across commercial functions.

Accountable on Roadmap Execution and manage yearly prioritization

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (end-users and team leads) to gain insights into their needs and challenges around ways of working to effectively scale best practices, fostering mutual understanding and empowerment.

Be the voice of the commercial function within Revenue Operations; You will be responsible for ensuring that workflows match the needs of the end-user, data, quality and speed goals.

Analyze process gaps and validate these against the end-user experience in the function.

Collaborate the Revenue Operations Technology team to translate process gaps into scalable solutions.

Collaboration with Regional Rev Ops leads to gaining insights into regional needs and challenges around ways of working, fostering mutual understanding and empowerment.

Support the Regional Rev Ops Leads in driving adoption of the operational workflows in the market.

Support the Digital Enablement manager in creating adoption programs based on enablement best practices

Collaborate closely with the Operations Analytics to expand the functional data landscape, ensuring that the right KPIs can be tracked.

Mentoring new joiners and play a “buddy” during onboarding

You are well acquainted with our tools and participate actively in resolving basic end user requests in collaboration with the Technology team.

You keep yourself informed about the latest technology enhancements and system updates that affect end user workflows and platform utilization.

Lead and implement change management initiatives by developing strategies to support organizational transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, and engaging stakeholders through clear communication, training, and ongoing support to minimize resistance and maximize end user buy-in.
Who you are:

8+ years of experience within a Commercial or Revenue Operations role (combination of: commercial, technology admin, consulting, analyst, operations roles)

Track record of optimizing and scaling ways of working in commercial teams, improving processes and driving adoption of resources.

Strong project management skills and have a proven record of project rollout.
-
You are a strong communicator, skilled at stakeholder influence and management.
-
You have strong knowledge in technology product functionalities and best practices (Salesforce, Clay, Gong, Marketo, Sales Nav, etc.)
-
You are a team player who puts winning before ego; you’re equally comfortable coming up with great ideas as you are supporting the implementation of others’ ideas.

Experience in leading complex programs and projects from start to end simultaneously while navigating multiple stakeholder groups.

You have learning development expertise that translates into boosting the business’ understanding of processes
