We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

As Director of Talent Acquisition for EMEA, you will play a critical role in shaping how Adobe attracts and hires talent across one of our most diverse and dynamic regions. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Talent and sitting on the EMEA TA leadership team, this role blends strategic leadership, business partnership and modern TA innovation.

You will own the regional talent acquisition strategy and operational delivery for experienced Go-To-Market hiring across EMEA, while leading and developing a high-performing team of senior Talent Acquisition Partners. This is a role for someone who thrives on leading change, embraces AI-enabled hiring, and is passionate about building inclusive, future-ready talent strategies.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Talent Acquisition at scale, lead a talented regional team, and influence how a world-class technology company hires in an AI-enabled world. You’ll have the platform, trust and scope to make a lasting impact, on the business, the TA function and the people who join Adobe next.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior EMEA business leaders, translating business strategy into scalable, market-informed hiring plans

  • Anticipate workforce needs using talent intelligence, market insights and data-driven forecasting

  • Influence leaders, hiring managers and interviewers to adopt best-in-class, inclusive hiring practices

Leading a High-Impact Regional Team

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of experienced Talent Acquisition Partners across multiple EMEA countries

  • Build capability in strategic advisory, data literacy, AI-practices and stakeholder influence

  • Foster a culture of wellbeing, accountability and continuous improvement while leading through change

Transforming How We Hire

  • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled TA tools and practices to improve quality, speed, fairness and candidate experience

  • Evolve hiring approaches toward skills-based and capability-led hiring, beyond traditional role profiles

Operational Excellence & Insight

  • Own the delivery of hiring outcomes across EMEA, balancing agility with operational rigour

  • Provide insightful, fit-for-purpose reporting and storytelling that demonstrates TA’s impact on the business

  • Continuously refine TA processes to improve efficiency, scalability and candidate experience

Culture, Inclusion & Internal Mobility

  • Be a visible advocate for inclusion, embedding equitable hiring practices across the region

  • Champion Adobe’s internal mobility and “Adobe First” mindset, giving internal talent equal focus and care

  • Represent Adobe as an employer of choice, internally and externally, modelling our values and culture

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Finance and global TA colleagues to deliver an integrated talent ecosystem

  • Contribute to global TA initiatives while tailoring solutions to EMEA market realities

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition in a global, matrixed Enterprise technology business

  • Strong background in Go-To-Market hiring (Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success) across multiple countries

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire senior TA professionals, building capability and engagement through change

  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior business leaders with credibility, data and insight

  • A passion for innovation, with curiosity and fluency in TA technology, AI and data-driven decision making

  • Strong commercial mindset, able to link hiring outcomes to business impact

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with resilience and adaptability in fast-moving environments

  • A collaborative, inclusive leadership style with a strong external and internal network

  • Experience working with ATS and talent platforms (Workday experience a plus), and a broader HR tech ecosystem

  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe on a quarterly basis
