A key leader within Adobe’s Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance organization. This role partners closely with Security, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders to ensure Adobe’s technology platforms meet global security, regulatory, and customer trust expectations. You will lead enterprise-wide security assurance and compliance programs while building scalable, automated, and continuous assurance
What you will do
- Join the Tech GRC leadership team under the leadership of the Sr. Director, Tech GRC, to drive technology compliance activities across Adobe.
- Drive APAC security compliance certifications including regional specific compliance programs such as ISMAP, IRAP, etc. and other industry standard audit efforts (SOC2, ISO, PCI, FedRAMP, etc.), while designing AI-enabled approaches to improve audit readiness, evidence collection, and control validation.
- Act as an AI-first visionary security compliance leader by finding ways to use AI to transform security assurance, compliance monitoring, and audit reporting. Do this through intelligent automation and predictive insights.
- Supervise the development, introduction, and carrying out of internal controls and processes guaranteeing ongoing conformity and risk management.
- Plan, outline, and review the design and performance of security controls during GRC reviews.
- Coordinate security assurance reviews across Adobe business units, third-party service providers, and cloud environments.
- Partner with the Security Automation Engineering team to build AI-enabled, automated GRC workflows that enable continuous control monitoring, real-time risk visibility, and proactive compliance management.
- Collaborate with various functions across security domains such as Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing etc, building a unified working model for continuous assurance.
- Establish and apply standards and criteria based on recognized security compliance frameworks for cloud security and governance.
- Coordinate security assurance reviews involving fields like User Access Management, Network Operations, Encryption, among others.
- Assess business requirements to prioritize the implementation of internal controls according to relevant security frameworks.
- Help the team develop and communicate policies, procedures, guidelines, and plans to internal customers.
- Build a team of global security experts dedicated to developing and supporting company-wide security compliance capabilities.
- Collaborate with partners across multiple geographies for driving cross-functional projects related to security assurance.
- Develop goals aligned with business strategy and present status reports with value-based metrics to senior leadership for prioritization and decision-making.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in driving enterprise-level cybersecurity audits and security compliance efforts, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in security compliance frameworks and privacy rules relevant to the APAC region (e.g., IRAP, ISMAP, KFSI, SOC 2, ISO 42001 etc.). Insight into how these affect cloud-native and AI-based systems.
- Experience In Managing And Leading A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
- Proficiency in essential organizational processes including SDLC, Identity/User Access Management, Backup and Disaster Recovery procedures, Vulnerability Management, System Monitoring, End Point Security, and Network Operations.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT collaborators, including executive leadership.
- Demonstrable ability to build and lead high-performing teams, drive central initiatives, and manage multi-functional collaborations.
