The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a dynamic Head of EMEA Content Operations, Global Enterprise Marketing. This role will lead the operational foundation for high-quality, scalable, and consistent content distribution throughout the region. This senior leadership role translates global content strategy, operating models, and creative technology standards into effective regional execution, ensuring EMEA-specific needs are addressed in the global content operations plan. You will collaborate with global teams, country leaders, creative partners, and agencies to develop workflows, support teams, and promote continuous improvement in content production and delivery.

In this role, you will be entrusted with high-impact responsibilities that span strategic leadership, operational excellence, and collaborator partnership across the EMEA region.

What you will do

Lead and evolve Regional Content Operations:

Manage the complete content operating model for EMEA. Ensure it aligns with global standards and adapts workflows, governance, agency process, and creative technology to suit regional and market-specific requirements.

  • Drive collaborator, agency, and partner collaboration:

Build positive relationships with country leaders, senior collaborators, and agencies to align priorities, manage change, resolve operational challenges, and ensure efficient, high-quality content delivery across markets.

  • Champion change management and continuous improvement:

Lead enablement, documentation, and communications to support new ways of working. Identify operational gaps, surface regional insights, and drive measurable improvements by sharing findings with global teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, or production-led roles, preferably within B2B SaaS, marketing technology, or enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience building and managing content workflows and operating models across multiple markets.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple collaborators, priorities, and agencies simultaneously.
  • Proven background in production and delivery, with extensive knowledge of the entire content lifecycle process.
  • Strong skills in communication and presenting, able to break down complicated subjects clearly.
  • Experience with creative, content, or marketing technology platforms is a strong plus.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and comfortable operating in evolving environments.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and confident driving change without direct authority.
