The challenge

We're seeking a Strategic Pursuit Lead to front our mission in reshaping the landscape of strategic customer transformation. As a Strategic Pursuit Executive at Adobe, you'll orchestrate resources, coach teams, and craft winning strategies leveraging Adobe's solutions for unparalleled business success. Your expertise will accelerate sales cycles and close groundbreaking deals, elevating customer businesses confidently.
Role Highlights
- Implement a structured approach supporting Sales in sealing significant deals with Adobe's entire portfolio.
- Customize resources for specific pursuits, drive out-quarter pipeline development, and enhance sales effectiveness through coaching.
- Catalyze sales cycles and seal major deals effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Pursuits, orchestrating a team comprising field sales, partners, digital strategists, architects, solution consultants, and engineering support.
- Collaborate with Industry Sales Leadership to qualify and select Strategic Pursuits.
- Drive Strategic Pursuits aiming for >$15M TCV, coordinating assessments, activities, and progress.
- Coach teams, promoting best practices in deal structures, digital transformation themes, and value propositions.
- Represent Adobe in senior customer-facing roles as an executive sponsor, business strategist, and negotiator.
