The Role
Adobe is seeking a visionary, strategic leader to build and scale Firefly Foundry Advisory Programs — driving thought leadership, innovation, and commercial partnerships that accelerate enterprise adoption of Generative AI across film, media, and creativity.
This rare hybrid role calls for a technically fluent operator with deep roots in filmmaking, Hollywood, YouTube, or digital storytelling — someone who instinctively bridges art and technology to unlock new market opportunity. You are a storyteller, technologist, and industry leader who turns innovation into measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do

Lead executive advisory programs convening top Media & Entertainment leaders to define responsible GenAI best practices and accelerate enterprise adoption.

Oversee program operations, including executive engagements, QBRs, reporting, and advisory boards.

Translate industry insight into product strategy, Foundry use cases, and roadmap influence through cross-functional collaboration.

Represent Adobe as a trusted GenAI authority, building senior relationships and speaking at key industry forums.

Drive industry engagement through research partnerships, thought leadership, content programs, and GenAI innovation events.

Ensure rigorous execution across planning, reporting, and quarterly milestones.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,900 -- $271,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $187,500 - $271,500
In New York, the pay range for this position is $187,500 - $271,500
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
