PS Capacity Planning Manager

Join our world-class team at Adobe as a PS Capacity Planning Manager. This outstanding opportunity allows you to bring to bear your strategic insight and expertise in Professional Services to deliver flawless outcomes. Based in Lehi, you will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure efficient capacity planning and implementation. Your work will help build the future of digital experiences in an exceptionally dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Professional Services capacity planning to ensure resources are improved efficiently.
• Provide strategic, data-driven insights that support ambitious business decision-making and growth.
• Present data and insights to collaborators in a clear and compelling manner.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze benchmarks to determine business trends.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through strict adherence to data governance principles.
• Successfully implement data analytics projects from conception to completion.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in the Professional Services domain.
• Proven background as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a related position.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical collaborators.
• Ambitious, collaborative, and diligent approach.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $130,800 -- $262,025 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $154,000 - $223,000
In Massachusetts, the pay range for this position is $154,000 - $223,000

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
