**We're seeking a full stack Software Development Engineer with both frontend and backend experience to join the Growth Engineering team. You'll develop, build, and deliver high-quality web applications, libraries, and SDKs that unlocks growth features on CCD and Adobe Home. This role offers the chance to work on products used by millions daily, collaborate with skilled engineers, and lead important projects from idea to completion.If you care deeply about developing high-performing, scalable systems and want to work on impactful technology, we'd love to hear from you.**What You'll Do- Develop exceptional web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, providing intuitive and responsive user interfaces
- Build and develop micro architectures that enable independent, scalable, and maintainable modules across teams
- Own projects end-to-end—from technical build and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support
- Collaborate closely with product, design, data science and other partner teams to define requirements, build product direction, and deliver seamless user experiences
- Champion frontend and backend guidelines, including code quality, accessibility, performance optimization, and build system adoption
- Mentor and learn from teammates, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring our applications perform reliably at scale
- What You Bring- 8+ years of experience building production-grade web applications with a strong frontend focus
- Deep expertise in system architecture, distributed systems, and large-scale extensible platforms
- Proficiency in C++, with strong command over data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
- Knowledge of application development on multiple platforms including various flavours of Windows and Macintosh
- Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of architecture, design and performance.
- Strong proficiency in C++, React, JavaScript/TypeScript and associated build ecosystems
- Proven ability to design systems for scalability, performance, and resiliency
- Experience in working with AI development tools like cursor/copilot.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- B.Tech./M.Tech. degree from a premium institute
