Position Summary:

As the Asia Pacific Partner Analyst, your role is to drive business success for our partner community. This will include partnering with the sales teams to define, land and execute against our strategic priorities as well as identifying incremental opportunities for growth through analysis and insight. This role will be involved in everything from defining local market strategies and programs through to the day- to-day execution of the business.

Additionally, the role will support the sales team by managing day to day sales compensation operations partnering closely both with local sales leadership and global sales compensation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively partner with the APAC Head of APAC Channel Sales in delivering insights and analysis to drive growth through the partner community
  • Analyse and identify areas of underperformance within the partner ecosystem
  • Assess current business practices and provide innovative approaches for improved effectiveness
  • Provide support for sales teams on compensation related issues
  • Provide insights on performance from sales results data to help foster future Growth
  • Support Quarterly and Annual review processes

Requirements:

  • 5 years of work experience in a regional sales operations role
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, ability to present sophisticated ideas to diverse audiences
  • Exceptional Excel skills are a must as is a proven working knowledge with SFDC and either Tableau or Power BI environments
  • Strong SQL skills would be advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a dedication to quality and be results driven and customer focused
