Project Role Description: Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:

As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will lead the development of intricate solutions that span multiple towers and service areas, focusing on transformational opportunities. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring that the best mix of offerings and capabilities is utilized to deliver maximum value. You will engage in strategic discussions, assess client needs, and guide your team in executing complex projects, all while maintaining a focus on innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Own delivery for a mid-to-large workstream, combining technology leadership with stakeholder management. Drive architecture decisions, delivery governance, people leadership, and hands-on oversight in the primary tech stack.
2. Lead a 10–25 member squad (multi-location), ensuring sprint health, throughput, and quality KPIs
3. Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps enforce engineering standards, security, and compliance
4. Govern scope, risk, and change run cadence with client Product/Engineering leads report on cost/schedule/quality
5. Review and sign-off on HLD/LLD, estimations, and release plans enable CI/CD and observability practices
6. Build talent: coaching, goal setting, succession/backfill planning partner with TFS for staffing and rotations
7. Drive continuous improvement (defects, performance, cycle time) and production stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

-Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.

• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
• Experience with software configuration management tools.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling.

Additional Information:

1. 15+ years of experience in 3DExperience Enovia Migration and Customization
2. 4+ years of experience in managing 3DExperience Enovia SI/AMS/Data Migration project end to end delivery.
3. Good Project Management experience & Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
4. Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers .
5. A 15 year full time education is required.
