General Qualifications:

Our SAP Technical Manager (CPI) are responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. This high-performing team operates as subject matter experts, collaborating across multiple teams and contributing to key decisions. Their expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP CPI for Data Services is essential for delivering innovative solutions and ensuring seamless application integration.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
• Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business requirements while maintaining compatibility and performance.
• Develop innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience.
• Conduct regular system assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on application functionalities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application management.
• Lead and manage team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key organizational decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Advanced proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services.
• Advanced proficiency in Software Platforms.
• 9-11 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in application configuration and system stability management.
• Expert proficiency in developing innovative solutions and enhancing user experience.
• Advanced proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and team management.
• Expert proficiency in technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
