Summary:

A skilled Implementation Specialist to lead the Integration and adoption of Crowd Strike, ARMIS, and Service Now solutions within our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cybersecurity posture and streamlining IT operations. This position requires deep expertise in cybersecurity platforms, IT service management, and Service Now Risk & Security modules.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and integration of Crowd Strike endpoint protection across the enterprise.
• Manage the deployment and adoption of ARMIS asset intelligence solutions.
• Lead Service Now (SNOW) platform rollouts, focusing on ITSM, ITSOM, ITAM, and Risk & Security modules.
• Configure and optimize Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Response modules.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless platform adoption and operational alignment.
• Develop and document best practices for platform use and maintenance.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Crowd Strike Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), ARMIS & Service Now.

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Crowd Strike and ARMIS solutions.
• Extensive knowledge & experience of Service Now ITSM, ITSOM, ITAM, and Risk & Security modules.
• Hands-on expertise with Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops), GRC, IRM, Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Response.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and IT operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Crowd Strike Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), ARMIS & Service Now.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
