Summary:

As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and ensuring that applications function seamlessly across different platforms.

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Must to Have Spring boot as additional skill.
• Must be expertise with Java 8+ and the Spring framework.
• Must be expertise with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of various databases (relational and NoSQL)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with web application frameworks and technologies.
• Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
• Ability to work with version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
• This position is based in Chennai.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
